Justin Bieber won the Top Social Artist trophy at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards.

It's his 13th win overall and 5th consecutive trophy in the category, making him the youngest artist to be given 13 Billboard awards by age 21. 

The recognition comes from metrics used by the magazine to publish its weekly Social 50 chart, which tracks popularity over various online media aggregated by Next Big Sound. 

The socially savvy Canadian pop star has 64M Twitter followers, 11M YouTube channel subscribers and over 27M following him on Instagram. In the past week, 14M Bieber fans watched or listened to content featuring the youthful star on YouTube or Vevo. 

He was the sole Canadian winner in the annual that acknowledged the success of artists such as Taylor Swift, Pharrell Williams, Hozier, One Direction, Sam Smith, and Iggy Azalea in the past year. Full winners list here
