Who would of thunk it?
Bob Dylan performing “Positively 4th Street” but inserting the lyrics from Drake’s “Hotline Bling”. In fact, it was Jimmy Fallon who has fast become known as the cover king. On Wednesday’s show, Fallon's performance absolutely nailed the grizzled septuagenarian singer’s style and pulled off a knockdown harmonica solo to boot. For the skit, Fallon channeled Dylan from the Rolling Thunder Revue era, wearing a wide brimmed sombrero and masking his own identity using a camera effect that produced a grainy, slightly out of focus image throughout his set.
“Our performance tonight was LIVE. For real — this was live. Hope you like it,” Fallon tweeted about his take on Dylan on Drizzy.
