Beyoncé Tour Includes Two Canadian Tour Stops

Beyoncé's upcoming Formation tour promises to be one of the hottest second-quarter concert tickets going, especially given that only Edmonton and Toronto show on the current schedule.

Mrs. Carter has developed into one of the elite touring acts in the world. Her Mrs. Carter World Tour of 2013-2014 grossed US$212M from nearly 2M who attended the 126 shows, according to Billboard  Boxscore. Following that, she launched the On the Run co-headlining stadium run with husband, Jay Z, which grossed $96M from 832,769 tickets sold over 19 shows in North America. So far only two Canadian cities show on the Formation stadium tour that opens at Miami’s Marlin Park on April 27. They are: Edmonton (Commonwealth Stadium), May 20, and Toronto (Rogers Centre) on the 25th.

To coincide with the Live Nation promoted tour, Beyoncé has also announced that she's working to support the citizens of Flint, Mich. during the city's current water crisis. Her #BeyGOOD initiative is asking fans to donate to the United Way of Genesee County. She's also partnering with the Community Foundation of Greater Flint for a fund to address the developmental, education, nutrition, and health needs of children affected by the crisis.
