The just-announced lineup for the blockbuster Quebec City Summer Festival includes The Weeknd, CBC's Searchlight names the ten finalists, and Field Trip ditches Nestle. Also in the news are SXSW, CMPA, MerleFest, BreakOut West, Music Moves Me, Fred Turner, Vans Warped Tour, Bender, and Andrew Rathbun, plus farewells to Craig Mack, Nokie Edwards, and Ken Dodd.
