At last night's 30th annual SOCAN Awards, the Canadian PRO announced that Nickelback's Chad Kroeger, film composer Jack Lenz, and Carly Rae Jepson's song "Call Me Maybe" rank as the most popular songwriter, song and screen composer of the past three decades.
